As a Clinical Psychologist, I have often found the two big things that get in the way of self-care is the guilt that comes from prioritising oneself (or the difficulty giving oneself permission to engage in self-care), and also the unhelpful narratives people hold about what self-care is and what it looks like.Ā 

In a world where we are constantly on, and there are so many competing demands, it can be difficult to show up for yourself, particularly if you are on the bottom of your own to do list!

I want to help you shift the narrative, to increase your knowledge on what self-care in, and how it can be a sustainable practice.
